  6. Young People • Taster Work Experience • Basic Skills including IT • NT and MA (NVQs)

  7. Adults • Basic Skills • IT • Job Search Club • Work Experience Placements • MSDA Programme

  8. Commercial Training Basically whatever the IT need we can usually help!

  9. My Role within Powys Training • IT Tutor • Assessor • Training Officer So……have I done the right thing……well is it Snakes or Ladders...

  10. Snakes • Difficult to Return to Library Profession • Might find that you like new profession • Your qualification might become invalid

  11. Ladders • Gain New Skills/Experience • New Qualifications • Increased Knowledge Base • New Opportunities • New Challenges
