Test Day Tips for Parents & Students In order for each student to maximize their potential on test days, please have your student: • get a good night’s sleep the night before • wake up the morning of testing with time so there is no feeling of being rushed • eat a healthy breakfast without too much sugar • be on time to school • have a positive and confident attitude
