  2. 句子結構Sentence • I、簡單句: one clause (S + V ) • II、合句: S1+V1 and/but/or S2 + V2 • III、複句: .副詞子句 , 主句 . S + 形容詞子句 + V . 名詞子句 + V ( S + V +名詞子句)

  3. 複句 (Complex Sentence) • i.副詞子句 • ii.形容詞子句 • iii.名詞子句 I called him yesterday. • last night. • after I finished my work.

  4. 名詞片語 • DET + adj. + N. + N(s) • blood vessels • a bloody war • safe glass • safety glass • safety standard

  5. 命意詞 (determiner, 簡稱 DET) 命意詞緊接在名詞前，來限制名詞的單、複數。 • 冠詞：the, a, an • 所有格： my, your, his, her, our, their • 指示詞： this, that, that, those • 量化詞：many, few, several, both, much, little • 數詞：one, two, three, four…etc. • 序數：the first, the second....the last

  7. 介系詞片語 Prep. + 名詞片語 (adj. / adv..) • 台北的交通很繁忙 • traffic is busy • 我住在台北 • I live

  8. 連綴動詞Linking Verb 連綴動詞: be V, get, become, remain +補語 (adj. n. adv.) • I am a teacher/ • happy. (主補) • He made me sad/ • a salesman. (受補)

  9. Linking Verb 銀行有古老的起源 Banking is origin / original Banking is of ancient origin. (adj.) 黃金有很高的市場價值 Gold is of very high market value.
