Chamber has just been flushed

Chamber has just been flushed. CPC counts increased almost immediately after flushing was stopped. A few minutes later. Repeated a fill/flush cycle and left the bottom sheet almost flat (i.e. nearly atmospheric pressure). Number concentration is so variable but there is certainly a leak!.

  2. CPC counts increased almost immediately after flushing was stopped

  4. Repeated a fill/flush cycle and left the bottom sheet almost flat (i.e. nearly atmospheric pressure)

  5. Number concentration is so variable but there is certainly a leak! DMPS measured about 2 ugm-3 of mass for particles of about 100nm diameter

  6. 15:23 end of fill/start of flush

  7. 15:31 End of flush/ start of fill DMPS mass is decreasing (now 0.3 ugm-3), mode below 100 nm

  8. 3rd time!! DMPS measured 2.5 ugm-3 of ~ 250nm particles

  9. OKKK.. One massive hole on a chamber wall.. And another big hole on another Wall…. Main lower and upper sheets to be replaced tomorrow…
