why It is not necessary that Scientists will discover everything sitting in a Lab. They actually work everywhere. It might happen that one BioInformatics specialist is traveling from his home to somewhere else other than his office and at that moment he suddenly discovers something. Using JMBioMetrics mobile platform software, wherever the scientists may be if they have mobile access there, they will be able to store or test their software.

Transcribing In JMBiometrics, we provide both of these processes. Illustration of Transcribing DNA sequence to RNA sequence. Translating a symbol-list to sequence comprises following three stages: a) Transcribing to RNA b) Get a triplet or CODON view on the symbol-list c) Translate to Protein.
Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) Genetic polymorphisms are small but frequent variations in DNA that give rise to the general phenotypic differences in any given population. These slight differences, which include insertions and deletions (indels), repetitions and point mutations, can potentially give rise to disease phenotypes. Point mutations, often referred to as single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), are of particular interest as they represent the bulk of variation in the human genome. To date mainly deleterious SNPs have been characterized due to their distinct phenotypic effects.
Entropy calculation and significance The amount of information or entropy in a distribution is a reflection of the redundancy of the distribution / entropy can be calculated to find out the distribution information of ‘a’, ’t’, ’c’ or ‘g’ (for example). Testing two distributions for equal weights is a good way of telling if a training procedure has converged or if two sequences are likely to come from the same organism. This calculation can be done with this JMBioMetrics.
Dyad-symmetry The sequence C - - GAA - TTC -- G on one strand reading left to right is identical to the sequence on the complementary strand reading right to left
