銅鑼燒. 材料:薄煎餅專用粉、蛋一個、牛奶 90.C.C 、煉乳,紅豆泥適量、沙拉油適量。. 把薄煎餅專用粉、蛋、牛奶、煉乳、 倒入碗裡,然後使用攪拌器攪拌至無粉狀物體。. 讓平底鍋放在瓦斯爐上熱鍋之後, 再把鍋底放置在濕抹布上冷卻。 ( 熱鍋時要放一層薄薄的沙拉油。 ). 把攪拌後的物體放在平底鍋上,再用小火烤 2~3 分鐘,再翻面考 2~3 分鐘。. 把餅皮切開一半,再把紅豆泥放在餅皮裡面,就完成啦 !!!!.
