TD26 CLEX Structure • TD26 CLEX Super Accelerating Structure design has been integrated and presented with the following features: • Two Accelerating Structure modules (AS) are brazed together to form a Super Accelerating Structure (SAS) • Compact couplers, new design waveguides and wakefield monitors with TE-and TM-like mode pick up have been integrated to the structure • Cooling system has been integrated to vacuum manifolds and external piping has been implemented with connectors and pipes • Damping material has been installed to vacuum manifolds • Alignment spheres have been included to design • Accelerating Structure have been designed so that it is able to assemble to adjacent structures with flexible interconnections • Bonding, brazing including pre-assembly brazing, mechanical assembly and welding steps have been validated
