The Bäckedal way Wait for the group to settle down The leader is leading, not doing Try to have small groups See every persons needs but don't forget the group Try to talk as little as possible as a leader A good teacher/leader has a plan but can let it go Mixed groups is a great asset Remember that you don't have to have answers for everything Every practical and theoretical thing that we have done here has been a learning situation for everyone The good conversation
