  2. DNS • Registered 3500 domains under .sch.jo for all Jordanian schools. Awaiting a further 1500 .sch.jo registration requests • Restructuring pricing schema • Continuous policy updates • Working on a marketing plan to increase .jo domain names sold • 9500+ registrations to date National Information Technology Center

IPv6 • Started back in Sep 2009 • Circulated a questionnaire to all government entities to study their IPv6 readiness • Conducted awareness sessions for the government to encourage IPv6 deployment • Enabled IPv6 on all NITC servers • Cooperation with other IPv6 test-beds National Information Technology Center

IDNs • Filed in an application on Dec 9, 2009 under (.الأردن) • String approval on April 21, 2010 • Delegation initiation on April 22, 2010 • Delegated on August 21, 210 • Launch was at the MENA ICT Forum on October 11, 2010. HM King Abdullah II’s website was the first Arabic Domain Name (عبدالله.الاردن) National Information Technology Center
