  3. SWITCH RELATED: • 1.DFI faulty • 2. STD/ISD, IC/OG calls related issues. • 3. Particular operator no related issues. • MODEM RELATED: • 1. Configuration Related • 2. Hardware Related • MISCELLANEOUS: • 1. Patching Problem. • 2. Connectors Problem.

RESOLUTION • CUSTOMER RELATED: • Power Related : • If Modem/EPABX is power off, Informing customer to check his power readings • Educating customer for checking the modem indication before logging the complaints to avoid repeats • 2. Equipment Related : • IF customers equipment is dead/Malfunctioning we check the link on PRI meter, if it is working then we informed customer to check his EPABX system. • To avoid the repeat we arrange joint visit with EPABX vendor & TTML engineer & close. • 3. Internal Wiring Related : • If our copper is ok till DP then we check the customer’ internal cabling by continuity tester & if it is not proper we insist customer to resolve the wiring problem permanantly from his technician/ electrician

  5. COPPER RELATED: • Copper Cut/Burned/Damage: • IF the total 50/100/200 pair copper connectivity is not showing properly from MDF to CC or CC to customer end DP then there is problem in the copper cable, either the cable is cut/damage or burned, then we inform copper team to rejoin the copper & check the copper kit is properly implemented or not. • Copper Problem: • If a copper pair is faulty from MDF to CC or CC to DP then local FE changes the copper pair & solved the problem. • To avoid the copper problem we check the errors in the copper & provide the link on error free pair

  6. SWITCH RELATED: • 1.DFI faulty: • If link is not working on PRI even after media is ok, then switch changes the DFI of DFI card • 2. STD/ISD OG calls related issues: • IF STD/ISD calls are not going from PRI meter then switch 1st check the STD/ISD facility is available on the PRI or not if available then 2nd step is to check the route for STD & ISD calls • 3. Particular number related issues: • In such issues, switch 1st check the local/STD/ISD code of the particular if the code is barred or not, if not 2nd they check the is their any issues with particular operator no or not, if not 3rd they check if there is any problem in the route or not.

  7. MODEM RELATED: • Configuration Related: • If the modem configuration getting change automatically then we upgrade the modem configuration • 2. Hardware Related • If the hardware is malfunctioning then we change the Modem/Hardware • MISCELLANEOUS: • Patching Problem : • If there is alarms on tx equipment link LOS/EBER then their can be problem of physical patching between tx equipment & modem, this patching is either cat5 cable of Jumper wire, so we change that • 2. Connectors Problem: • If problem is with RJ-45 connectors then we replace the connector.
