Your Leisure Day • Designed to award an employee with a paid day off for going above & beyond on a project • Eligibility = salaried-exempt employees • Day off is not counted against PTO eligibility • Employee should be provided with instructions from their manager for taking the day off • Manager initiates day off through the portal • No second level or HR approval required • Manager may present employee with a customizable certificate
Your Recognition “Bank Account” • Points may be “banked” and accumulated or may be redeemed by selecting a gift within the portal • Points will not have an expiration date • Upon termination of employment, unused points must be redeemed within two weeks of the termination effective date
