Projects planned to be financed under OPs 2007 - 2013 Because of preparation for the Programming Period 2007 - 2013, the city of Poznań has identified priority areas and prepared a package of tasks which may be financed by structural funds and Cohesion Fund. Conclusions 1. Lack of non-commercial financial instruments, which may support municipal investments 2. Problems in financing: • integrated programmes of urban areas (e.g. Municipal Regeneration Programme) - not sufficient allocation in OPs - lack of instruments to attract private sector, • large infrastructure projects (e.g. 3rd communication ring)
