Safety Standards Overview Safety standards are provided to contractor, in addition to a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) questionnaire to assess HSE Risk Category. All contractors must meet or exceed Halliburton safety standards and maintain compliance. Contractor responsibilities are consistent with Halliburton’s HSE policies and standards. • 20 Rules of Contractor Responsibilities represent areas where we, as well as our contractors, have identified and mitigated HSE risks. • Contractors taking direct focus on HSE standards reinforces Halliburton’s continuing efforts for HSE improvement and ultimately in reaching our goal of perfect HSE performance.
