  7. Socialism • Socialist government have larger industries and provide education and welfare services while allowing citizens to pick there economic choices. • For example:

  9. Communism • A communist government own all the business and farms and provides health care and education and welfare. • For example:

  12. Dictatorship • A leader that is not elected and can use force to keep control. In a military dictatorship the army is control. • For example:

How these national government functions affect local community? • To form a more perfect country. • To give secure to the citizens that obey the law and punish the one that didn’t. • The citizens will have good manner because they have to obey the law. • To promote welfare.
