  1. • At present, many programmers use PHP as a general purpose programming language. But PHP was originally designed with features to simplify website and web application development. Unlike other programming languages, PHP comes with built-in web development capabilities. • Also, the open source server side scripting language has been evolving consistently to meet the emerging trends in web application development. PHP 5 came with enhanced support for object-oriented programming, whereas PHP 7 enables programmers to speed up web applications without deploying additional hosting resources

  2. • The programmers also have option to execute PHP script in a number of ways. The web developers can include PHP scripts seamlessly in HTML pages. Also, they can execute PHP scripts through various frameworks and content management systems. • The developers also have option to choose from several full-stack PHP frameworks including Laravel, Phalcon, Symfony, CodeIgniter, CakePHP, Zend, Yii, Aura, FlightPHP and FuelPHP.
