Why I Chose This Country Lionel Messi is from Argentina. They are amazing at soccer. It has various climates and landforms. They have tropical animals and plants.
Location Argentina is located in southern South America between Chile and Uruguay and borders the south Atlantic Ocean. The Geographic coordinates are 34 00° S and 64 00° W.
Place Argentina has many human characteristics such as: Spanish culture Industrial cities Over 1,000 airports Republic form of government Culture from Native people
Place (continued) Argentina has many physical characteristics such as: Mt. Aconcagua (highest point) Andes Mountains Pampas plains Patagonian Plateau Fault lines Varied wildlife Iguazu Falls
Region The pampas are plains in the middle of Argentina. The human characteristics in the pampas include: Native people culture Small homes made of plants A different language than most Argentines An Argentine cowboy crossing the pampas plains.
Region (continued) The physical characteristics of the pampas include: Wild plains grasses Wild horses Small streams Small feral cats Pumas
Movement Argentina has modern ways of communication and they use cell phones to share ideas with one another. Automobiles are their primary source of transportation. They export rubber from rubber trees to other countries around the world.
Human-environment Interaction Adapt – They adapted by wearing small amounts of clothing to stay cool in the summer and adding layers when temperatures dropped. Modify – They sapped rubber trees and irrigated the land for crops. Depend – They used wild horses to get from one place to another quickly and they used the fertile pampas soil to grow their crops.
