  1. Top 10 Reasons to install the Skyward app on your mobile device….(in reverse order) You have too much time on your hands. Someone made you do it. You like wasting district bandwidth. You just like messing with technology. Everyone else is doing it. You’re a “wanna-be” tech nerd. You are a tech nerd! You want to be able to check/enter grades and attendance from anywhere. You want to have instant access to attendance records during a drill or emergency. You want to enter grades instantaneously while standing next to a student’s desk!

  2. Go to the app store for your device • Search for the Skyward Mobile Access App • Click “INSTALL”

  3. Once the app has been installed, click “OPEN”

  4. Choose “by District Name”

  5. Type Chapel Hill ISD into the search box • Then select “CHAPEL HILL ISD, Tyler, TX”

  6. Select “School Management”

  7. Type in your SKYWARD login and your password

  8. Select the “Skyward” app

  9. Type in your 4 digit passcode

  10. Select “Educator Access Plus”

  11. Select your personal account

  12. Select a class

  13. Select “Gradebook” to enter grades • Select “Attendance” to record attendance

  14. Select a student to record their grades

  15. You can view only or record grades

  16. Select a student

  17. Have fun using your mobile app!
