  2. The Project • Objective– Provide a Village Scale water treatment plant to be used in the context of an intermediate economy. • Partners • Forward Edge International • Clients • The Collaboratory

  3. History • 2007-’09 • VWOS was started • A working prototype was installed in Honduras • 2009 - present • A full scale system was built on campus for future testing purposes

  4. Current Work sdfg • This Semester: VWOS 2.0 • Goals: • Increase the efficiency of the entire system • Decrease power requirements • Increase ozone injection rate • Document our current system • Sensor diagnostics • Automated Testing
