Recruitment Action - Attack Related Temporary Excepted Positions (Examination/Rating Required) 3 Announce to locate candidates with initial cutoff of 2 days. 4 - Determine qualifications in accordance with qualification standard recorded by CPAC. - Refer candidates. 6 Obtain applicant’s statement declining job unless dual comp waiver is approved. Total days - 11 (Assumes expedited/ concurrent actions by all) - Steps 1/2 - 1 day - Step 3 - 3 days - Step 4 - 1 day - Steps 5/6 - 2 days - Steps 7/8 - 1 day - Steps 9 to 11 - 1 day - Step 12 - 1 day - Step 13 - 1 day 10 Coordinate with CPOC. 9 Develop dual comp and/or VSIP repayment waiver statements for RPA. 11 Commit position and arrange entry on duty. 12 Process RPA. 13 In-process new hire. NOTE: Actions in dotted blocks/arrows occur only if dual compensation and/or VSIP repayment waivers are involved. Enclosure 2
