Introduction. Winemaking , or vinification , is the production of wine, starting with selection of a certain/various fruits which soon undergo fermentation and after that produce and end with bottling the finished wine.

Introduction Winemaking, or vinification, is the production of wine, starting with selection of a certain/various fruits which soon undergo fermentation and after that produce and end with bottling the finished wine. Fermentation is a natural process carried on by many kinds of fungi, bacteria, moulds and yeasts.
Mango is one of the most healthy fruits. Nutritional facts: is high in Iron is high in Antioxidants is an Anti-Inflammatory Fruit (for relieving arthritis and asthma) slows down the aging process Also, it is the most consumed fresh fruit in the world. Why MANGO?
Ingredients Materials • 1 fresh mango • 1 calamansi • yeast • water • bowl • knife • wooden spoon • strainer • 2 bottles (for fermentation process and for the finished product) • plastic • rubber band
Procedure • Slice and then crush the mango on a bowl. You can use plastic to mash the mango. Just put the sliced mangoes inside the plastic then squeeze it. • Squeeze contents of calamansi to the mixture. • Add yeast. Mix well then transfer to a jar or bottle.
Procedure • Cover the opening of the container with plastic and use rubber band to tighten the cover. • Make a small hole using a needle or any pointed object. • Leave the mixture in a room with regulated temperature for at least a week.
Procedure • After a week of fermentation, harvest the mango wine by filtering it. • Put it in a wine bottle and label it.
