  4. 1 4 3 4 1 2 0 1 If a line comes BEFORE the 1/4 inch mark, we round DOWN to the ½ inch mark.

  5. 1 4 3 4 1 2 0 1 If a line comes AFTER the 1/4 inch mark, we round UP to the next ½ inch.
