  3. Approach Phase 1 • Finalise technical requirements for radial passenger car tyres • For radial LT/C tyres (up to 4536kg or 10,000lbs), existing regulations (UNECE R.54 and FMVSS 139) will be specified as contracting party set options

  4. Approach Phase 2 • Design harmonised high speed test for LT/C tyres • Finalise technical requirements for all radial tyres designed for vehicles up to 4536 kg or 10,000lbs
