每逢痛苦憂愁之時, 我靈在主前得安息試探網羅得以脫離，我惟靠此禱告良辰。 In seasons of distress and grief, my soul has often found relief, And often escaped the tempter’s snare by the return of sweet hour of prayer. #78 – 1b

禱告良辰，禱告良辰， 如有雙翼向主飛昇，將我請求向主稟陳，主應我求主愛永恆； Sweet hour of prayer, sweet hour of prayer, Thy wings shall my petition bear To him whose truth and faithfulness Engage the waiting soul to bless: #78 - 2

主既願我常見主面， 信靠祂的真理恩言，我便卸去一切重擔，安靜等候禱告良辰。 And since He bids me seek His face, Believe His Word, and Trust His grace. I’ll cast on Him my every care. And wait for thee sweet hour of prayer. #78 – 2b
