  2. Speakers Bureau • A speaker request form will be added to www.coveraz.org website • Cover Arizona is in the process of recruiting speakers for the speakers bureau. If you are interested, contact Kim VanPelt at kim.vanpelt@slhi.org • PCAP, working in tandem with Enroll America, will be developing speaker scripts and PowerPoint presentations for everyone to use, building off of info on the marketplace.gov website • If you have PowerPoint presentations that you would like to share, send to Kim VanPelt. It will be included on the coveraz.org website • Cover Arizona intends to provide space on the website for folks to share various presentations, since requests will vary based on audience and length

  3. Events • An event submission form has been added to www.coveraz.org website • Cover Arizona is engaged in the iterative process of vetting/compiling the events to be shown. • Initial events listed • Testing format/presentation • Ongoing discussion of what events will be listed

  4. Joining Sub groups • On the www.coveraz.org webpage , click “How to connect to Arizona Outreach Activities” • Email the leads of the demographic subgroups
