  4. Key Club Shirts Please go by Mrs. Langley’s room (2nd floor JMASC) or Ms. Morris’s room (FA) to pick up your shirt!

  5. Submitting Hours • Hours submitted after the first of the month are LATE and will NOT be counted! • Do not comment your hours on the website – there is an actual hours submission form located under “Hours and Standings” • Ways to submit hours: • Enter directly into our website www.jenkskeyclub.org • Sign in on the project sheet when you volunteer • Email the board member in charge of your project

Projects • If you didn’t get signed up to receive info on a particular project, you can find their contact info on our website www.jenkskeyclub.org • Please EMAIL board members if you want to volunteer at their project • Commenting on the website is the LEAST effective method of communication!!

  7. What’s New? • Submit a letter to a soldier overseas in honor of Veteran’s Day and receive a point! • Submit questions/comments/suggestions to the Suggestion Box.

  9. DECA Dodgeball Tournament • We’re putting together a team for the DECA Dodgeball Tournament! • Competitors will earn 1 point! • Sign up now or email president@jenkskeyclub.org to sign up BEFORE Tuesday, 11/18.

Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities • Tulsa Engineering League FIRST LEGO Qualifier • When: • Friday, November 14th from 5:00 – 10:00 PM • Saturday, November 15th from 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM (broken into 3 shifts) • Where: Memorial High School • What: Referee, keep score, work concessions, set up, clean up at engineering competition for elementary schoolers • Food, drinks, and snacks provided • Email specialprojects@jenkskeyclub.org for registration form

Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities • West Elementary Literacy Night • When: Monday, November 17th from 6:00 – 7:00 PM • Where: JWE Room 112D in Building F • What: Run “kids table” for international parents with small children • Jenks Ministerial Alliance Thanksgiving Help • When: Monday, November 24th from 4:30 – 5:30 PM • What: Move frozen turkey packages from Jenks Bus Barn to First Methodist Church in Jenks

  12. Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities • JHS Wrestling Tournament • When: Wednesday, November 26th from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM • What: Set up & clean up this fundraising tournament • Take pictures when you volunteer & email them to editor@jenkskeyclub.org for extra points!

  13. Sports Concessions • Where: Frank Herald Fieldhouse & the PEG • What: Selling food and drinks at the concession stands for basketball games • concessions@jenkskeyclub.org
