NMLS Approved Course Providers Florida The Florida Mortgage Brokers School is well known and famous school that has been many mortgage brokers for more than 25 years and also helped more than 55,000 individuals to obtain their state broker’s license. They provide various courses that are approved by NMLS in three different formats like the classroom, classroom equivalent and Online self study. The various courses that they provide include: Federal 20 Hour Safe Comprehensive The 20 hour safe comprehensive course is NMLS approved and which can be taught in the live classroom or the classroom equivalent webinar. The fee for this class is $ 325 which includes textbooks, practice exams, 5 ½ hours audio downloads and $30 credit banking fees. This a special course for licensing education and exam preparation course. Florida Safe Cram Course The Florida safe cram course is the pre recorded CRAM course that includes the video which is a 2 ½ hour live session recording, download, PDF Text book, PDF Practice Exams and watch and learn on your own scheduled and available for 1 week from the time of activation. There are two formats available and these include PDF @ $99.00 and Hard Copy sent by post @ $ 125.00. 8 hours SAFE Comprehensive Continuing Education The 8 hours SAFE Comprehensive Continuing Education course includes the 3 hours federal law, 2 hours non-traditional lending, 2 hours ethic Fraud Detection/ Prevention and 1 hour elective. This course inclusive with all the above mention content costs around $129.00 which includes the $12.00 NMLS Credit bank Fee.

  2. Additional State Pre-licensing Components There are some states that require an additional NMLS- Approved State Specific pre-licensing education course. So they make sure to provide this course along with the book and practice exam. The course price costs $100.00.
