  4. How to Paint Your Frames 1. Use spray paint, not a brush application 2. Once you pick a color, test it on the back of your frame, let it dry and then check it against your mirror for color correctness before you paint the entire frame. Make sure the coloris exactlywhat you were looking for. 3. Before you assemble your frame, apply paint to both the face and the back of the frame. Once the frame is installed, you will see the top inside edge of the frame in the mirror, this is why you want to paint the back of your frame as well.
