A UX goal represent your users ambition, aim or desired result. Is good to write in sentences using “I” or “my”; “I want…” “My phone...”
User Experience Plan – why? • The road to it gives you a better understanding of the problem. • Enables you to think on higher level. • It helps to provide a broad view of the product or service • Enable team members to have a common goal. • Reduce and even eliminate feature creep • Gives you a material to base your design on. • It’s a good sales material. • Provide a tool for future decision making and concept evaluation • Gain trust
