ATM Ram Raid & Vandalism Response • Our ram raid and vandalism response service provides a rapid and comprehensive solution to the problem of attacked and damaged ATMs. • Our service includes: • Single point of contact for a comprehensive response solution. • Initial event analysis. • Removal and quarantine of ram raided ATMs, including police liaison. • Emergency site security. • Making the site good, this includes building works. • Machine redeployment. • On site fascia repairs and re-spray for minor vandalism. • Full project management and liaison with third party suppliers.

ATM Consulting Our senior level ATM specialists have many years of Director level experience at ATM operators, ATM manufactures and ATM service providers, including managing large scale ATM projects. We aim to build long term trusted relationships with our clients and are always pleased to offer advice and opinions on any ATM related matter free of charge if asked. For longer term project work, we are able to provide consultancy and project management services.

ATM Clean Plus+ • As ATM specialists we know that regular controlled proactive visits to each ATM location has the potential to improve customer service, drive up income and reduce operating costs. • Traditionally, ATM cleaning involves little more than a hygienic wipe of the machine. We understand that to generate value from a cleaning visit further tasks should be carried out. • With this in mind our CleanPlus+ service includes: • Cleaning of the ATM, light box and any surrounding POS. • Replacement or repair of damaged POS. • Checking and replacement, if required, of stickers and decals. • Security review, checking if the machine has been tampered with. • On line time stamped photographic record of all visits.

ATM Commissioning • Within our own ATM workshop, Cennox operate a secure area specifically for software loading and commissioning. • With a security controlled software handling process, we are able to provide a reliable and secure pre-commissioning service which cuts down dramatically the time required on site. • The machines will arrive on site, tested and ready to accept all relevant downloads, eliminating extensive delays in the installation process.

Independent Installation Services • Cennox offers to Bank, Building Societies and IAD’s, a ‘Single Source Contractor Service’ we can provide full project management, physical preparation and installation at any site anywhere in the UK for all types of ATM and banking equipment. • Our services includes the transport of ATM’s in one of our dedicated fleet of vehicles and manned by one of our highly skilled crews. Cennox then position and install the machine to the point of network connection, provided the network services are installed and viable, our engineer commissions the ATM through an online connection with the host. The machine is then cash-ready without any long delays. • By taking responsibility throughout the whole process, we are able to provide a seamless first class service, eliminating delays and misunderstandings between several separate contractors.
