I’m really starting to appreciate the nights out with girlfriends. I know it may sound like a cliché, but at this point in life, everyone just seems too busy. Too busy with kids, too busy with work, too busy with life, and I’m no exception to this glorification of busyness. So when we do meet, you’ll know we’re actually putting in great effort, taking the busy time out, in hope to make the best out of it. So my friend, Alicia and I finally caught up since the last we’ve seen was way back on my wedding reception night. I was genuinely excited for our little tête-à-tête and bringing our Whatsapp conversations to live! I suggested Entier on the 41st floor of Alila Bangsar since I thought it’d be nice to go somewhere a little fancier than regular. I’ve heard so much good things of this French nose-to-tail dining concept helmed by Chef Masashi Horiuchi, where all parts of the animals and vegetables are used in his cooking. That’s why the name Entier, which means “entire” in French.

We refrained from the use of flashlight (in case we disrupt other guests) so they may all look a bit dark since the restaurant was dimly-lit. Neither of us had a fancy camera then and our focus here was really catching up on each other’s lives. WWW.MISSGETABOUT.COM
