You know the best (and also easiest) way to show a visiting friend how gorgeous my home city is by taking them to a sky bar, especially during sunset. Chances are they’ll be swayed by the panoramic view just because everything seems better when you’re on top. And that’s exactly what we did when our friend visited from Australia. I then finally stepped foot on KL city’s much talked about highest rooftop bar, Vertigo sipping on cocktails as I gazed into the beautiful city skyline with mountains and blue sky (on a good day) in the backdrop.

I then finally stepped foot on KL city’s much talked about highest rooftop bar, Vertigo sipping on cocktails as I gazed into the beautiful city skyline with mountains and blue sky (on a good day) in the backdrop. Vertigo is an open-air rooftop lounge, recently a hot spot for its spectacular view of skyscrapers where you can watch the city from an entirely new perspective especially when the iconic Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower were both visible from here. It sits on the 59th floor, atop Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur and is the latest addition to the list of rooftop bars scene in KL. WWW.MISSGETABOUT.COM
