Email Manager notification. What is it? Currently: TM are capable to check in real time the status of all their subordinates orders in OASYS Request: Enable an email notification to the TM when a reject to agent disposition is selected for an order containing SHM product.

  1. Email Manager notification What is it? Currently: TM are capable to check in real time the status of all their subordinates orders in OASYS Request: Enable an email notification to the TM when a reject to agent disposition is selected for an order containing SHM product.
