ABOUT OUR SERVICE To provide the tuition services for 10’th and +2 students 10’th & +2 students are divided according their education system( Tamil & CBCS) To teach for 10’th Tamil medium students (English , Math's, Science) To teach for 10’th CBCS students(Math’s , science) To teach for the +2 Tamil medium students ( English , Math’s , physics ,chemistry)
To teach the subjects for +2 CBCS students ( math’s, physics ,chemistry ) We are target 200students ( 10’th = 100 students , +2 =100students) We are required 12 teachers Market environment( 2 Gvt. Hr.sec .school & 3 private Hr.sec.school) Operations( we are take 2 sessions in each session we are teach 1000 students)

People: Services only for the students. Process: we teach 2 shifts per day each sifts have 80 students. Physical evidence: Attractive class rooms, great atmosphere .
Segmentation: we are segmenting the school students from the whole group of students. • Targeting: we are going to target only 10’th & +2 students in rural and semi-urban areas. • Positioning: we catch the minds of the students through effective advertisements.
