INTRODUCTION Client: My Best Friend’s Hair is a pure play Internet company located in Indianapolis specializing in consumer reviews of beauty salons across the country. • CNA Recap: • Very Internet-savvy customer with a thorough understanding of search, social media, and directories • 2 target audiences: salon owners and consumers • Consumer: Women 25-40 interested in beauty/health (main focus currently) • Site redesign in Q1 ’12 – need to drive traffic • Social networking has been a great resource – 2,300 facebook fans • Need to increase awareness (locally and nationally) • Currently getting 10,000 visitors/month to mybestfriendshair.com • Success measured by traffic to site and consumer reviews • Experimented with SEM in the past, open to this as a solution again • Budget range of $2,000-$4,000/month • Considering additional markets for future promotions (Chattanooga, Atlanta, and Charlotte)
