How are liberty and equality jeopardized when one or more groups of people are denied rights enjoyed by others? • What are the risks of demanding rights? What causes would you fight for when potential violence is involved? • Why might some people fight against equal rights? Some African-American leaders preached the virtues of separatism. Why do you think this was so?
