  2. Why should managers pay attention to business processes?

  3. Business is a serious job. It might contains several steps up to conclusion. From production to marketing includes the main processes. Manager is a person who is responsible for the business steps and processes. To be able to be successful, each of which is required to be clearly identified. • For example , in an automotive factory , there are divided sections with section chiefs linked to section masters who transmits datum to the higher status to compile all of the informations from the minimal point to higher / significant level. Each manager should pay attention to each steps to make the process be continued.

  4. Cont’d • So to get the best results , each steps are important. On the other subject , we will discuss about the processes that what to managers should pay attention.

  5. What should managers pay attention to business processes? • Each process has main points. Managers should pay attention to them. For example in a factory , work order is the basic step. As we mention on the previous question , managers should pay attention to the all datum. To collect the datum , some system such as ERP can be used. All datum can be installed to the software or program to be checked out from the higher status manager at another place to make the process faster.

  6. Cont’d • Another significant point is the section chief should pay attention to the stocks to check the aviability of the products or raw materials that is to be used on products. So another ERP system can be used to order new materials . This actually is the basic of business that the mangers should pay attention. There are also some points that can be focused on , but in CIM course these are the main points.
