FTP’s performed • Baseline in OE closed crankcase configuration • Baseline with open crankcase and blowby gas measurement from OE closed crankcase system • Done by removing rubber hose from intake air and rotating 90 degrees and connecting to blowby measurement apparatus. Intake Air port sealed. • Control with Racor 3550 and AZ Purimuffler • This will afford performance measures for engines with closed and open crankcase configurations • Will provide worst case (smallest contribution) crankcase contribution
