OUR FACULTY Our Faculty which served since its foundation, under Anadolu University, has been transfered and connected to Eskisehir Technical University by the law, numbered 7141, dated 18 May 2018, and published in the Turkey’s Official Gazette.
THE AIM OF OUR DEPARTMENT is to train qualified maintenance and repair personnel each of which meets international standards.
ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS TO THE DEPARTMENT The students that are going to be admitted to the Avionics department are selected through centralized placement exam. Fourty students are admitted.
TRAINING METHOD Training duration is 4 years. Before training, there is an optional 1 year English as a Second Language training. The medium of instruction in the Department is Turkish. The training is offered according to EU standarts and complies with the requirements of: • SHY/JAR-66 Aircraft Maintenance Personnel Regulations • SHY/JAR-147 Aircraft Maintenance Training Organizations Regulations

MEZUNİYET SONRASI İŞ İMKANLARI Our Graduates work at: - Turkish Airlines, - Private Airline Companies, and - in the technical departments of other companies operating in the aviation sector such as TAI, TEI, Aselsan, Havelsan.
INTERNSHIP & LICENCE In order to graduate, all of the undergraduate students are required to undergo an internship of at least 60 work days. In order to get a B2 licence giving Aircraft Maintenance Authorization, the students or graduates have to successfully pass all of the needed Module Examinations.
