BSA TAP Introduction • The Adventure Plan (TAP)provides a one-stop set of tools to help adult and youth leaders envision, plan, prepare and conduct safe, exciting and successful outdoor Adventures. • Online planning guideis encouraged for all levels of Scouting from Cub Scouts to Venturing. • Comprehensive guide for new scout leaders as well as experienced scouters. • 52 fully documented steps with supporting documents and guidelines

Wear BSA field uniform while traveling. 47 – Record Keeping Leaders keep receipts for all cash and credit card expenses en-route  and at the destination.  TAP Expense/Income Record, on a mobile device. 48 – Keep a Journal Encourage participants to keep a journal, take pictures so they can share them when they return home.
