U.S. Department of State – Bio Security Engagement Program • Work in certain parts of the world • Based on soviet nuclear scientists “re-direction” program • Special projects in high-priority countries globally • Close collaboration with AAAS fellows at DoS • Year to year funding • Quarterly and EOY reporting requirement • Money typically available by July/August
