  2. How It Works • Create invoices • Use with ePNInventory to track product purchases • Option to download from ePNPlugIn • Email notices to customers • Includes link to a secure ePN Order Form • Customer clicks on link to pay • Email notification to merchant

  3. Benefits • Paper invoicing is expensive and time consuming. Rule of thumb = $1.00/paper invoice • Printing invoices • Stuffing envelopes • Addressing and stamping envelopes • Waiting for reply • Processing manual payments • No more tracking down customers waiting for the proverbial “check in the mail” • Electronic record of invoices, status, and payment • Used with ePNInventory, automates product tracking

  4. ePNBillPay Merchant logs into Merchant Support Center; Selects ePNBillPay from dropdown menu

  5. Settings Tab • Set 1st Invoice Number Sequence • Add Automatic Tax Rate • Enter URL To Display Merchant’s Logo

  6. Invoices Tab Create New Invoice View Open/Paid/Voided/All Invoices

  7. Create New Invoice • Set Due Date • Enter Bill To/Ship To Info • Manually key or select product from ePNInventory list • Add Sales Tax (optional) • Enter PO number, customer’s email, etc.

  8. ePNPlugIn w/ ePNBillPay From ePNPlugIn Control Panel, select “Upload to ePNBillPay”

  9. ePNPlugIn w/ ePNBillPay Select “Get Open Invoices” to display QB invoices yet unpaid 2. Select “Upload Selected to ePNBillPay” for the ones you wish to email to customers

  10. View Open, Paid, Voided and All Invoices

  11. View Invoice • Edit • Pay. Takes you to a secure order form • Void • Print • Send. Emails invoice to customer
