If you do not sign up for your classes in GoArmyEd and the semester ends… GoArmyEd will not allow YOU to go back to sign up for a class GoArmyEd will not allow the BURSAR’S OFFICE to go back to sign up for a class GoARmyEd will not allow ME, the GAE Coordinator, to go back to sign you up for a class GoARmyEd will not allow the ARMY EDUCATION COUNSELOR to go back to sign up for a class YOU WILL GET A BILL FROM CSU

CLASS ATTENDANCE Established by each individual faculty • If you have not received a written policy from your • instructor, 9 hours of absences in a 3-credit hour • class is permitted • You are required to account for all absences with • your instructor, i.e. COMMUNICATE • You are required to make up all missed work
Military Personnel Class Attendance • Reservists or National Guard called to Active Duty • ActiveDuty that come up on PCS or Deployment • orders May officially withdraw from CSU upon providing a copy of orders!
CLASS WITHDRAWAL If you are using TUITION ASSISTANCE Per Your Statement of Understanding “I will advise the education center of any intent to withdraw from a class for which I am receiving TA and will follow the established GoArmyEd Withdrawal procedures.” Contact the Army Education Center FIRST before you withdraw in GoArmyEd! Tuition Assistance Non-Reimbursement • Withdrawal or fail for academic or personal reasons: • F for nonattendance • Failure to remove and “I” incomplete grade within the time stipulated by the school • for 120 days whichever comes first. • Disciplinary or fraud causes forced withdrawal

ACADEMIC STANDING Student academic progress is evaluated at the end of every semester. Academic Probation: Grade point average falls below 2.0. Academic Exclusion: Term GPA is lower than 2.0 or after attempting 30 semester hours you are not from removed from probation The length of exclusion resulting from the grade point averages will be a minimum of one regular semester (i.e. Fall or Spring) after the first exclusion, and a minimum of two regular semesters after the second exclusion. Credit earned at other institutions during a mandatory exclusion period will not transfer to Columbus State University.
