Chapter 1: Why antique? Antiquing your wood with a stain will give an ordinary piece of wooden furniture a whole new vibrant look to it! There are many ways and colors to do this. If you want to turn your old furniture into pieces that you will love- try this easy method.

Chapter 2: How to • Items needed for this project: • 220 grit sand paperCraftpaint • Any latex paint in your garage in the color of your choiceGelStain • Old sock
Step 1: Sand your wood smooth with the 220 grit sand paper. Step 2: Paint your wood in an uneven fashion. Step 3: Take your sock and dip it in the stain {you don’t need much on the sock}, and rub it along the edges of the wood and around the paint.
