  2. Why I am not getting pregnant ? There are several reasons in human body for not getting pregnant. Sometimes not only a female is responsible for now pregnancy but also male partner is that much responsible. Some of the reason why a female not getting pregnant are as follows :- Stress: Stress, good or bad, is going to take its toll on you both physically and mentally. When you’re stressed your adrenal system takes a hit. Your body isn’t going to say, ‘Okay, let’s get pregnant.’ Learning to say no and to take time for yourself is important for improving your chances of having a baby.”  Solution of this problem for a female is to keep distance between professional and personal life. Keep the tension aside from your mind and always be relax for anything happen. “ Be positive ”.

  3. Lack of sleep : As per doctor recommend a normal sleep contain 8-9 hours. But now a day it moves on to 4-5 hours only which is very harmful for a human body. A proper sleep is continue sleep for 8 hours approx. Lack of sleep can cause eyes pain, dark circles around your eyes and change in internal body routine . Solution of this is one should have proper and continue sleep.

  4. Weight issue : A female must not be over weight as well as less weight than A normal weight. If a woman wants to be pregnant than her Weight should be normal to consive a baby in her womb. Over weight as well as low weight is harmful for a baby.

  5. Cycle issue : Here, cycle issue indicates the menstrual cycle or monthly cycle which occur every month in a female body. Cycle is a important part of a female life to have a baby in future but by some reason some female are not occurring with proper monthly cycle. The reason behind this is less sleep, improper maintenance of body, less formation of eggs etc.. Solution if a girl is going through this problem she must concern herself with a Gynaecologist. Secondly she must have a proper diet.

  6. Unexplained Infertility : Between 25 to 30 percent of infertile couples never find out why they can’t get pregnant. Some doctors say this is a lack of good diagnosis. They say there is no such thing as unexplained infertility but only undiscovered or undiagnosed problems.

  7. Medical problems : Underlying medical conditions can lead to infertility in both men and women. For example, a thyroid imbalance or undiagnosed diabetes can lead to infertility.

  8. Lastly, the result from all above points is that a female body is not a normal body and it is not possible for a female to not get stress, tension, medical problems etc.. The all above points play major role in female body for not having a baby.
