Field 368: Other Attributes of a Person/Corporate Body • Any attribute that serves to characterize a person/corporate body OR • May be needed for differentiation from other persons or corporate bodies Name Attributes (Authorithy Records)
Field 370: Associated Place • Information about places associated with a name at the level of town, city, province, state and/or country • Person: birth, death, resident, identity • Corporate body: significant location • Family: where family resides or has some connection
Field 371: Address • An address associated with the name (where the entity can be reached) • Person: residence, business, employer, email or Internet address • Corporate body: headquarters or office, email, or Internet address Name Attributes (Authority Records)
Field 372: Field of Activity • Person: a field of endeavor, area of expertise, etc. in which the person is/was engaged • Corporate body: a field of business in which the corporate body is engaged, its area of competence, responsibility, jurisdiction, etc. Name Attributes (Authority Records)

Field 373: Associated Group • Information about a group, institution, association, etc. that is associated with the name. This can also be a group with which a person is or has been affiliated, including dates of affiliation. Name Attributes (Authority Records)
Field 374: Occupation • Information about profession or occupation in which a person works or has worked, including dates applicable Name Attributes (Authorithy Records)
Field 375: Gender • Information about gender of a person, including dates applicable Name Attributes (Authority Records)
Field 376: Family Information • Additional information about families, including type of family, prominent member of the family, and hereditary title Name Attributes (Authority Records)
Field 378: Fuller Form of Personal Name • A name element used to distinguish a person from another person with the same name. It may be needed when a part of a name is represented only by an initial or abbreviation in the form chosen as the preferred name, or when a part of the name is not included in the form chosen as the preferred name. Field 377 Associated Language • Codes for languages associated with the entity described in the record. Includes the language a person uses when writing for publication, a language a corporate body uses in its communications, a language of a family, or a language in which a work is expressed Work and Expression Attributes
Field 380: Form of Work • A class or genre to which a work belongs. May be used to differentiate a work from another work with the same title.
Field 381: Other Distinguishing Characteristics of Work or Expression • Any characteristic that is not accommodated in a special field that serves to characterize a work or expression. • Examples are an issuing body, arranged statement of music, version, or a geographic term. May be used to differentiate a work from another work with the same title.
Field 382:Medium of Performance • The instrumental, vocal, and/or other medium of performance for which a musical work was originally conceived or for which a musical expression is written or performed. May be used to differentiate a musical work or expression from another with the same title.
Field 383: Numeric Designation of Musical Work • A serial number, opus number, or thematic index number assigned to a musical work by the composer, publisher, or a musicologist. • May be used to differentiate a musical work from another with the same title.
Field 384: Key • The set of pitch relationships that establishes a single pitch class as a tonal centre for a musical work or expression. • May be used to differentiate a musical work or expression from another with the same title.
