Transcripts • Request Official Transcripts through Mrs. Franco in Main Office • Get Transcript Request form in the Main Office • Final Transcripts MUST be requested by completing the Transcript Request form • ALL COLLEGES REQUIRE A FINAL TRANSCRIPT! • Deadline to send transcript is June 12.
Financial Aid • Cal Grant Verification GPA Form: Done by PHS • Free Application for Federal Student Aid: Apply online @ www.fafsa.ed.gov • Apply for PIN Now: student and parent must apply @ www.pin.ed.gov Deadline for FAFSA is: • March 2nd for 4 yr colleges • September 1st for community colleges • FAFSA workshop in the Library TBA (Jan & Feb) • CSS Profile – required for private schools.
