The Group incorporate a total of 18 companies and operates on a global basis • Ocean, and its affiliates companies are ISO 9001 certified • The Group Ocean has a financial revenue of 35 Million Euro / Year and a financial coverage/exposure capability of 20 MM Euro • Headquarters location is in Trieste, Italy. Company’s strategic and operating branches located in Slovenia, Montenegro and Kazakhstan

Company Overview and brief history • Ocean operates on a global basis where serves three core marine business sectors:- oil and gas - offshore – harbours • Currently operating 31 vessels and 10 barges and own a dedicated harbour facilities. The fleet operates under the Italy, Denmark, Germany, Kazakhstan flags. Through our subsidiaries in Slovenia and Montenegro we also operate vessels under Slovenia, Malta as well as Montenegro’s flag • To optimally support the expanding Oil&Gas business, in 2005, we founded our Kazakhstan company named “Caspian Ocean Llp”. We designed, built and finally deployed one 270 people ‘s Accomodation Barge and supplied other kind of vessels for the Kashagan Oil Project in the Caspian sea

Marine and shipping services Offshore Support and Marine Contracting typical contracts include: • Harbour ,Terminals, offshore Towage with no limitation of sizes/tonnage? all our tugs have bollard pull and capacities – ranging from 1.000 power Hp to 8.900 Hp -designed to deliver high precision ship handling in confined waters • Supply of Barges of different tonnage/capacity ranging • Positioning of large objects in confined waters • Mooring operations and anchor handling . • Turn key projects/contract type, our team is ready to perform almost any marine contracting work with a customized solution based approach and highly experienced marine personnel • Salvage & Emergency Towage Salvage services are offered on a 24/7 for 365 days/year. • Dry docking and repair services Ocean is able to perform all kind of ship repairs and maintenances as well as specialized mechanical jobs, providing the docking plan as per customer’s request, keeping free areas under the keel for echo sounder, speed logs, bottom plugs and so on

Marine and shipping services Marine Environmental Protection – HSE commited • Most of Ocean's tugs are fully equipped to undertake fire fighting, oil recovery including oil skimmers, oil booms, salvage pumps as well as tanks for recovery of oil. • Ocean Team operates emergency storage tankswith discharge pumps, oil booms for emergency offloading of vessels. Our subsidiary Labromare in Livorno develops and provides antipollution services, both on sea and land, oil recovery, remediation services, garbage and environmental solutions • As part of an existing contract with the Italian Government we are currently providing and operates a fleet of four high technology and fully equipped anti-pollution boats to prevent and fight pollution at sea

Business development projects • Our business plan include massive investments with focus on the Oil&Gas customers and market sector , in order to provide customized solutions : • Ongoing construction modification of the Agip KCO accomodation barge to fulfill HSE case’s requirement in case of H2S loss of containment. • Ongoing construction in shipyard for two DP1 and DP2 vessels using the latest advanced technologies in order to grow the business into offshore segments in more international waters • Project development to expand our Enviromental protection sector by investing on new technologies and resources to meet customer demand • Expand /rejuvenate our existing fleet of Harbour/terminal tugs utilizing latest tug models . • Throughout our over 45 years of history we have developed a strong culture and an invaluable in-house know how based on customer focused and high quality services . We aim to be a leading player in our marked striving on quality vessels utilizing latest technology equipment and highly trained and experienced maritime personnel
