Step 2 – Flushing the DNS On the Run window, type CMD and hit Enter. • Type ipconfig/flushdns and press Enter. • Now, try sending payroll to see if the issue is fixed. • Step 3 – Clearing your Browsing History • On your web browser, click Browsing History under the General tab. • Check Temporary Internet and Internet Files and select Delete. • Once done, check if the payroll issues are resolved.

Step 4 – Restoring the Advanced Settings • Firstly, Open Internet Explorer and click Tools > Internet Options. • Go to the Advanced tab and select Restore Advanced Settings. • Now, ensure that the TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 are unchecked and TLS 1.0 is checked. • Press OK and exit Internet Explorer. • Restart your PC and try using the payroll function again.

Step 5 – Excluding the Service Certificate Revocation • Open Internet Explorer and select Tools. • Click on Internet Options > Advanced tab. • Go to the Security tab and uncheck the “Check for publisher’s revocation” and “Check for service certificate revocation” boxes. • Now, Restart your PC and see if the issue is resolved.
