Book „Enhancing Consumer Awareness on the European Market” • A handbook for students which cover 3 parts: • Part I: Consumption and Consumer - General Characteristics and Consumer Awareness Importance • Part II: Companies’ Behaviour and Consumer Awareness Relevance • Part III: Consumer Protection in Europe • It is a didactic support for students to deepen their knowledge on the course.
Mobile application • Consumer awareness test with 3 difficulties levels. It is at the same time a didactic support for students and also an informative entertainment for consumers. • They can test their knowledge about consumers and their rights and will be informed where to find information on what they did not know
