The Best Way to Mark • All New Method automatic roll marking attachments, whether designed for use in OD or END-FACE marking, eliminate secondary marking operations, for they are engineered to work as an integral part of the machine - advancing, marking the part and clearing it during the machine cycle. Avoid extra tooling and setup time as well as production time. • Secondary marking operations of parts are costly. • The most economical and efficient way to identify products is to do it prior to, or during the manufacturing cycle automatically, making it a primary operation.

The 544 Interchangeable Type Retainer accepts the following type sizes: 3/64", 1/16", 5/64", 3/32", 1/8".

Typical parts include fittings, spud orifices, and flow controllers. Bars can be marked on 1,2,3,4,5, or 6 sides either while being straightened or from coil or after cutting to bar lengths.
